We are happy to exchange or return your product! If you would like to make an exchange or return, your item must be in new condition, and you will be responsible for covering return shipping. There are size charts available on most products on our website. An inquiry for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will not process returns for orders made longer than 30 days.
Update*: I am one full-time tattoo artist who also runs this clothing brand, please be patient with me if it takes longer than usual to ship your order! I try to have a shipping day once every two weeks. If you can not reach me on the business email (firstname.lastname@example.org), please reach out to email@example.com! I want you to be fully satisfied with your order! This clothing brand is a dream hobby of mine, I do not make a profit off of it, every penny made goes right back in to printing off more shirts to ship worldwide.
We are not responsible for your merchandise being sent to the wrong address if you entered it incorrectly in PayPal while completing your order.
We ship via First Class USPS, most items will arrive between 5 and 7 business days [unless otherwise specified on our website]. **Please note that once the item has been shipped there is nothing we can do to expedite the shipping process. It is under the care of the United States Postal Service. If there is a delay during the shipping process, that is on their behalf. We are happy to help you try and track your package down, but do not attribute shipping delays to our company unless we simply did not send an order out on time. If you would like to inquire about a faster shipping method, please send us an e-mail.
International shipping can take 10 days or more. We ship First Class International, Tracking information is unavailable after the package has reached your country and has processed through Customs.
